When opening my startmenu via the Win-key
, the Programs item is selected by default. When I press Alt-A for navigating to Favorites, Programs stays selected and Favorites is expanded. See attached image.

Something I didn't discover until now: the accelerator is shown (as '&') in the menu caption, as you can see in the image in my previous post.
