TLB Clear utility allow to clear folders/drives off files created by True Launch Bar. You can use it to reset ALL settings of all or selected toolbars into default state. In the next version of TLB this utility will be inclded in uninstaller but maybe right now want to use it to start from beginning
Note: This utility can delete plugins as well as other settings. Use it cearfully!
