I'm still having a bit of trouble with this... I was wondering if Mail Moniter can be set so that all messages which are not loaded are marked as read (until they are actually loaded, preferably). Currently mail moniter seems to pick a few messages to include as not read, and marks most as read. This marking seems to be independant of whether one of my filters would mark it as read.
