We deleted TLB Clock 1.3 temporarily from TLB in order to change a graphic. Upon reinstalling we get a Date/Time parsing error. please see below. The system clock in the systray reads correctly.

Hmmm...
We just changed the Appearance from Default button to Text label and now at least the time is showing on top but....
the time is wrong and not even the minutes are near the proper time. Also it was just noticed that the tooltip shows a different set of data depending on where on the TLB Clock the cursor rests!

Ahaaaa.......The solution is -
Even if you previously had TLB Clock installed and delete it - upon reinstallation one MUST select a Time Zone in properties to have the clock display correctly!
We now have a correctly reading display!
