yup, got it now, took a while to come though, all working great.
I posted the order # because my forum e-mail didn't match up to the one i used for registration. But i'm guessing that the order # makes up part of the key then

Ok, that reminds me, where can I find the plugin SDK, might write a plugin or two for it, being the c++ coder that I am.

You can find an SDK for Winamp on this page. There is a good amount of information found here for customising the Weather Monitor. You may be surprised that there are so many possibilities utilising the Weather Monitor plugin found here.
Lastly to answer your main question - if you go to the second post on this page you can find a link to download the SDK!
