Where do I install the files for the Weather Plugin?

If you are using Windows it ges here:
C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar\plugins\weathermon
It is best to use the Update/Download Manager found by right-clicking a blank spot on the TLB and selecting TLB Settings>About>Check for updates.
