Bar Placement: Vertical-Right Covers XP Alerts - chaznet - 01-18-2005
My preference is to place TLB vertically, on the right, 'always on top'... Works fine, except the bar covers alert messages that display on the lower right side of the taskbar (the ones displayed by Norton Internet Security, Windows Update, etc). I've noticed when placing a standard toolbar in the same location, 'always on top', this doesn't happen.
