I'm getting this scenario very frequently since updating to the new beta. It does this for 5 to 10 seconds, then recovers, but it happens alot. While it's in this state, the start bar is unusable.
The second thing is just a small thing... the drop-down box is a little messed up in one of the Options pages. The attached image illustrates both.
The lockup problem has become so frequent that today I uninstalled and reverted back to 3.2 (release) and now everything is fine again. However, if I can help troubleshoot the effort I'll be happy to re-upgrade.

Thank you very much for bug report. Do you use Windows 2000?
Also can you tell me when this bug appear? When you run something or on mouse hover or something other?

Yes, Windows 2000 is where the problem is. It works fine under Windows XP.

Well, I got frustrated and went back to the previous stable build. However, I have tooltips disabled so I know it wasn't related to that. It happened frequently. I'll see if I can figure out what causes it.

I setup the 3.2.4 build and it was even worse. I didn't even have to do anything. It kept locking up explorer every few seconds. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall 3.2. Everything is good once again with 3.2.
