Since the live update feature does not work for me, it is not clear what happens if I manually download 3.2 and then install it. Any harm to that? Does my registration of the paid version remain intact?

Downloading and installing the full version of 3.2 shouldn't cause you any issues as long as you don't uninstall your previous version of True Launch Bar. You'll need to reboot after installation, however.

If there are a number of folks not getting updated.....I'd say there's
a bug in TLB???
How many reports are coming in with update problems....???

As I understand the live update from old TLB cannot update correctly to new version of TLB.
