hi Yuri-
just wanted to let you know, if you do a "clean" install of b18 it will not install tlbplus.dll so your email notify + others will not work.
i finally figured this out, but maybe you should include it in next version.
also, the new multi-toolbar is a little confusing because by default, you will have 2 entries in "explorer bars" menu that both say "Quick Launch" maybe all TLB bars should start with "TLB - " so it would read "TLB - Quick Launch" so you could easily tell the difference.
What do you think?

Yes, I do not include this file. So you need make upgrade from 1.1.0.17
In the next version I'll add this file. Sorry for inconveniences.
