Mail Monitor Crashes.........and locks me out of server - Texan - 04-29-2005
Mail monitor seems to crash causing "lockout" to my mail server
Internet connection remains okay, but both Outlook and the mail monitor
no longer connect to the mail server...............
Error message attached.....

Some providers can lock account if you check your mail too often. Usually account will be unlocked after some time. But the best way for you is to contact your provider and ask them what happened.

Okay, that's what probably happened; because when you delete a message with amil monitor, the mail server assumes your checking mail........this usually happens after I delete a bunch of messages......

Hold down the CTRL key and click messages you want to delete. These messages will be selected. Now if you press delete button MM connect to mail server and delete all selected messages at once.
