Wireless Monitor v1.3 released.
Changes:
* Improved support of "Infrastructure" network mode
* Added: "Network Authentification" field into tips (Open, Shared, WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2, WPA2-PSK)
* Added: "Data Encryption" field into tips (WEP, TKIP, AES)
* Improved detection of disconnected state
* Skin can show encryption state and network mode.
* Some minor changes
