Battery Monitor - Asoulintime1982 - 08-29-2005

I was wondering how accurate battery monitor was with its time display. And also why it takes a while for the time remaining to display when you first boot up or when you unplug you computer?

Battery Monitor try to get time from hardware. If your hardware don't support "time remaining" parameter it try to calculate this values. Delay before show "time remaining" need to calculate time.

Also all values of "time remaining" is not 100% accurate. It can show much valid time only if your computer under constant CPU/HDD/etc. load and BM monitor batteries during long time.

Is there anyway to tell if my computer supports time remaining. It is a HP Pavilion ZE1000 series.

Generally if you have delay before it show time then your hardware don't support this.
