3.2.8 beta icons missing - Anam Cara - 09-11-2005
Suddenly, I have NO clue why, I was just surfing around; I noticed that the mail plugin icon in TLB was missing, it was blank. I did a refresh and all the icons turned into a default icon. I thought it might be the cause of explorer somehow and opened my old quicklaunch to see, but all the icons there was fine. After opening and closing TLB I ended up with blanks. Nothing, nada. It still works. If I open a menu the items are there, but the icons are gone totally. Plug-ins that doesn't use icons works though. (Such as the command prompt, the weather, uptime.).
Windows XP Pro Eng SP2 + updates
Nvida 7800GTX with 77.79 driver.
Desktop is 1600x1200x32@85
AMD 64 4200+ X2.
TLB runs at the bottom, using tw rows.
And, well. I guess it'll all sort itself out if I reboot. I'll post if it didn't.

Sorry Yuri, but just imagine blank spaces where the icons should have been. That is, blank as in the background colour.
Though I shouldn't worry about it unless you get more reports, I can't even say for sure that TLB was the cause, only that it was affected.
I've seen memory leaks in explorer.exe cause Windowblinds to lose bitmaps for instance.
I didn't reboot b.t.w, I killed explorer.exe and started a new and it was fine.
