Hello,
I have the following problem, using TLB:
All windows of TLB jump on top of every other object, even if these objects belong to the TLB window.
It is not easy to capture the effect in screen shots. I try to explain what is happening in the comment texts of the images.
I am currently using TLB 3.2.12 beta. The problem also applies to the current final version.
Windows Version: Windows 2000, Service Pack 4
Shell Version:5.0.3900.7071

The problem seems to only occur, if the taskbar is not active. That is the standard case, because it hides as soon as i move the cursor up to the menu.
If I press the Windows-key to open the start menu, the task bar stays visible and TLB's windows behave as expected.
Similar behavior occurs if I try to open any drop down menu in a TLB window. The menu expands and a few milliseconds later it collapses. As if someone were pressing the escape key all the time.

Seems to be a bit another bug. Taskbar must be visible when menu is opened. As I see this bug appear in Win2K/Win9x only.
Ok I'll fix this bug in the next version.
