With 7.3.5 RC1 if I right click on a program shortcut in a TLB menu and Select "Run as administrator" it fails to bring up a window to approve the request. A window starts to open but remains hidden on taskbar and must use Task Manger to kill. Using Windows 10 x64 v1703 fully updated.

You can use Alt+Tab to switch to the UAC window as a workaround.
