How to install plugins into a portable version?
In the TLB Portable folder there is a plugin folder. I installed plugins in that folder, but they are not working.
In System Information (Installed True Launch Bar plugins) no plugins

You can find the "Check for updates" link on the Options page. This runs the TLB Components Manager. You can install plugins with it.
