Is there any way to have TLB automatically backup or prompt to backup 1x/week or so? I just had a computer crash and my last export of settings was months ago!

True Launch Bar saves all settings into toolbar folder. You can use any backup software to save all files from toolbar folder.

Do you mean application data/microsoft/internet exploer/quicklaunch?

Yes, this is the default folder. It can be changes by using "Switch Toolbar"
