Nice skin but could you make the text where it says good,very good more like the Default 32 text. With the all black text I can not see it on my dark skin.

You can modify the font colour by opening your Quality.png and making the changes. This file is found in your C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar\plugins\wlmon\skins\Shield XP folder. Or if you prefer light blue try this one. This was just thrown together as an example but it may not be of useful quality/clarity.
