If I have TLB to skin the toolbar, the winamp blue plugin shows the song title almost below the toolbar and unreadable (for me anyway), when its not skinned, its fine.
Running TLB v1.20b & XP with StylesXP(if that matters).

Can you give screenshot?
BTW maybe you apply skin for large icons but your TLB uses small icons?
