In your new 4.0 Version of TLB the Update Button in the Settings Screen does not work for me.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
I have no problems starting the Components Manager over the Start-Button.
The only thing I beg you to do is to make the "Check for Updates..." - Button open the Components Manager instead of opening nothing.
I have tried this on 2 different computers with the same result.

OK, I've found "Check updates" not working in the unregistered version.

I've registered my TLB in the meantime.
Now the button is fully functioning.
Is that a restriction of the unregistered version, or is it just a simple bug :?:

This was a restriction. The button was disabled. In the version 4.0 I've enabled the button but forget to call TLB Components Manager by mistake. Sorry
