When I hover my cursor over a folder, the folder opens instantly. I'd like to have the folder open only when I click on the arrow.

turn off the option: TLB Settings->Mouse->Popup menu on mouse hover
For submenus: TLB Settings->Mouse->Popup submenu on mouse hover
