My toolbar does not load when I restart computer. How do I get it to show up in my taskbar (where I have it now) when the computer starts?

I read the topic(s) and then, I used Reg Organizer 4 Beta to autoclean the registry, and now, my TLB toolbar loads at startup. Thank you, Yuri.
