Clock User Offset Bug - MArainman - 09-28-2006
I noticed that in TLB Clock plug-in 1.4, the "User Offset" in the "Time Zone Options" tab is no longer functional. I'm quite sure it worked in the previous version. Maybe it came up when you fixed the daylight savings time support.
