I do not put taskbar and truelaunchbar together. so i got a question that is border of truelaunchbar is not good. i want to set it to 0. but i do not know how, is it possible ?

Most likely this is not possible because it may be a function of Windows. It is also used for dragging the bar to the desired location.

when we lock the bar, that ugly things function doesnt exist. :)
i would like to know also, if it can be made hidden or not.

This is impossible for standard windows toolbar. But in the next version on tlbHost I'll add this feature.
