Is there anyway to allow the winamp skin to cover the entire taskbar. I am trying to make a skin that is 30 pixels high and it appears that at the standard taskbar size (30) the skin will shrink it self, rather then going from top to bottom. I can supply a picture if nobody knows what I'm talking about
