I recently visited the TLB skins library and downloaded various skins to the TLB Skins folder. However, when I launch my TLB settings only 3 of the several skins appear in the menu? I checked the skins folder and the other skins are there? Why doesn't TLB show all of the skins instead of some? Any suggestions to fix this will be appreciated.

Maybe you extract skin files into double folder.
Skins tree must to be like:
