I am using an XP Theme (Reflections from ThemeXP).
It implements menu highlighting e.g. on Start menu by changing font effects characteristics rather than color.
As a result (I assume) when in TLB with no custom skins or menu colors, menu items are not highlighted.
No big deal - I just use custom colors. Thought you might want to look at this issue.
