Weather Forecast and Proxy server with NTLM - the chase - 04-25-2007

I'm not sure that it is your bug but i have a problem with "Weather Forecast" and our company's proxy server.

I didn't have that problem before, but one day our net administrator set up a new proxy with NTLM autentification and after that doesn't works any settings of "connection type" and proxy address, login and password . I see "Connection closed..." on "Search Location ID" button click and see nothing on "reload weather" menu click.

But connection option "via named proxy" in Component Manager still working and i can see and get latest updates.

How i can set something like "via named proxy" in "Weather Forecast" and/or "Weather monitor"?

Thank you in advance.

Weather Forecast can work via proxy. Look attached picture.

Yes, i know. I tried to do so already. But weather wasn't loaded.

But other settings in Component Manager are working.

If it is my error can you ask me how to correct it?

Or it's proxy's server errors?

the chase, WF and Component Manager use the same module. Maybe your firewall block the WF?

I'm not sure that it was firewall because i am and my admin didn't install any new software like FW at that time.

Today it's doesn't matter Smile because with WF v3.0 all began to work perfectly. Thank you!

But could i set proxy name and port in plugin properties instead of IE connections setting?
