You have the first toolbar now. 1) Create the folder some where (c:\toolbars\secondTollbar). 2) Right-click the taskbar, select "Toolbars" and then "True Launch Bar..." menu item (note there are two "True Launch Bar" in the menu. You need to click the menu item with 2 dots) 3) TLB ask you to select the toolbar. Press "Select Folder" button and select the created folder (c:\toolbars\secondTollbar) Now you have two toolbars on the taskbar. You can drag the shortcuts from the first toolbar to the second one.
