What is a tear off menu - jadag - 11-25-2007
I have just upgraded to 4.2 and found a menu item "tear off menu". I can't seem to find an explanation of how this works in the help file.
Can anyone please give me some help?

"tear off menu" make menu always visible even if you open other menus or applications. You can drag this menu into any place (you need turn on the menu captions for dragging), you can make the menu always on top etc.
