1) Why not add the ability to display contacts from standard Windows address book and/or from Office Outlook? Also, displaying default context menus for those contacts (from corresponding applications) would be very useful. This nice plugin looks crippled without this functionality.
2) In order to simplify the process of finding necessary contacts, there definitely should be a search/filter input field with find-as-you-type ability.
