Northeast Philadelphia,PA - Q Section - 02-25-2008 Here is a customised Provider file for you. It is not finished but it works for the basics. You should be able to open it and finish it for additional parameters that you wish. If you need further assistance do not hesitate to post here. In the Properties>Skin & Provider>Parameters section it has been tested using Conditions, Temperature, Pressure and Humidity selected for the Use in skin along with the Full 32 skin.
