I think Start Killer is a good utility.
I suggested that the presstart utility could be incorporated into Start Killer so that the user could single click SK and have Pressstart run.
Now I think how about a better Presstart in which the key to be pressed is USER DEFINABLE
CTRL ESC = Start Menu
ALT ESC = Change application
Shift TAB etc etc
Or maybe this could be a NEW Small tool called
PRESSKEY
