It would be nice if it were possible to map Win+R to the TrueLaunch command line.

Agree, but this keys are used by windows
I'll try to find the way to map the WIN+... keys. Currently I know the way to turn off ALL standard WIN keys. So you can assign them to TLB items.

I've found the way t unregister the standard Win keys (WIN+R, WIN+1 etc.) Some later I'll publish the special TLB plugin
