Search Plugin - Desktop Search - swoooooooly - 11-30-2009 A desktop search plugin would be very handy. You could drag text and drop it on the menu icon button to perform an instant search of files on your pc. The menu could then automatically open to display the results. Or type the term in the search box. During setup, you could choose what drives/folders you want to search. Perhaps even choose a few different predefined search locations that could be switched via the context menu (eg Search Whole Computer. Or search Program Files directory only. Or search M:/ and O: only). And maybe the ability to pin favorite search terms. So if I search for "recipes" daily, I could pin it as a favorite to the context menu to quickly search it.
