cut glass region in TLB Menu - reed1 - 01-29-2010

It would be awesome if we can do that, so we can make taskbar like default windows Tongue

for example if we use ff00ff

TLB will render it as completely transparent, just like "automatic cut round edge" on TLB glass menu.

Actually there are no "automatic cut round edge". The new skins contain the menu-shape.png and the sizing rule in the skin.ini to define the menu shape.

But... currently this not working correctly Sad I'll fix this in the next version.
