"Always on Top" not always working? - Blue Proteus - 03-16-2010
The only problem I've had with TLB is that despite having it set to "Always on Top", it frequently won't come up when I bump the top of the screen. It seems to happen the most when I have Firefox running.
I have Auto Hide and Always on Top selected.
I've had this issue whether it's in Taskbar or Toolbar mode.
I have it docked to my main monitor at the top.
I am not using Full Row mode.
Is there a way to force it so that it will *always* appear over all other programs when I call it?
This is under 64 bit Windows 7.
