I have installed truelaunch bar version 4.4.6, if i select default skin for truelaunchbar, the icon e button are center in the bar, but the weather forecast 4.0 plugin icon are allign on bottom.. if i sewlect windows 7 skin, the weather forecast icon are centered in the bar, but the other icon are allign on top. i add 2 image where you can see the problem.
Imamagine 1 are with default skin, and immagine 3 with the windows 7 skin.
I use Windows Vista SP2 32 bit

Try to set the option TLB Settings->Toolbar->Default alignment into "Center"
