I downloaded the latest version 4.4.3 x 64, but when I run the installer, the only options i get are to Repair or Remove. If I have to uninstall the old version first, will all my preferences be retained when I install the new version? Thanks in advance for any help.

The latest version is 4.4.8 (installation for both 32 and 64 bit systems). You can install this version over any existing.
When you uninstall TLB, it runs the TLB Cleaner to remove the TLB specific files by your choice. You can just close this utility and all settings will be saved.
