Command Line always says 4.1. I tried uninstalling and installing 5.1 clean ... no good. I tried uninstalling and manually downloading with no sucess. I tried installing 4.1 and upgrading to 5.1. It says OK OK after install but doesn't really upgrade. Running Windows XP Pro 32-bit.
