Standalone TLB 6.x and high HDD usage - watchmaker - 07-15-2013
Sometimes (often after launching Skype from a menu) the standalone TLB host program starts to produce a very annoying sound with my HDD heads, then my PC almost hangs up until I unload TLB and reboot my system. What's this?
Windows XP SP2, currently TLB 6.5.1 beta (but the problem appeared much earlier, approx. 3 months ago), TLB is on drive D: and the Drive Space plugin shows constant R/W activity on that drive.
PS. If I unload tlbhost and run it again, the problem persists. I need a reboot to run TLB properly.
