Network Monitor units - jdwebb2 - 10-16-2013

This has been asked for a couple of times without a definite reply.

I would like to disable the dynamic range adjustment and FIX the units to KB/s
As other members have pointed out, this is very distracting and unnecessary for some people.
Can this be done?
Many thanks for your help.

Looks like this request is going nowhere in a big hurry.

Tordex obviously doesn't care.......

I'm sorry for delay. This feature will be added into the next version. But I need some time Confused

RE: Network Monitor units - NokTham - 08-18-2014

sorry for intervening, just wanted to say that the correct units would be KiB/s MiB/s GiB/s

KB (kilo=1000 and not 1024)

http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Units/binary.html

just my 2 cents lol

Do you want one more letter in the text? Wink

RE: Network Monitor units - NokTham - 08-19-2014

haha Big Grin , well, KiB MiB GiB seems to be more appropriate

RE: Network Monitor units - Q Section - 10-18-2014

You know there is a difference between KB/s and Kb/s as well as MB/s and Mb/s. The upper case 'B' are Bytes and the lower case 'b' are bits so it would be good to see options to show MB/s and Mb/s as well as KB/s and Kb/s.

Thank you for the consideration.
