Problem after upgrading Windows8 to 8.1 - Florida9713 - 11-13-2013
I’m running version 6.5 (64-bit). After upgrading from Windows8 to Windows8.1 I’ve noticed a problem. All the icons show as a default icon and when the mouse is over TLB it displays a wait circle icon.

Please can you post the screenshot of your toolbar?
