Not working with Metro Apps - FlyingHorse - 10-13-2014

I'm using Tordex Wheel 2.0 now with Windows 8 and I find that while TW is active some Metro Style apps will no longer scroll. Is there a way to include an exclusion list of applications \ windows in order to have TW avoid these problems?

OS: Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64
TW: 2.0
Using Logitech trackball with SetPoint 6.65.62
