Windows 8.1 Shortcuts - bractals9 - 12-04-2014
I am new to Windows 8.1 ( recently migrated from XP
where I used TLB ). I can place shortcuts to programs
in a TLB menu, but I don't know how to create a
shortcut to a Start Screen app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
