All my three wishes have come true. Mail monitor is now very mature mail checker. I love color coding for information lines. I must now agree with Mr. Doug Smith that screen CREEP is happening. If you open mail monitor window, then close, then open next time window CREEPS up screen. This is frustrating. Can this be settled so window will stay as it is SIZED and POSITIONED. Anyway THANK YOU - THANK YOU. Chisato Mishima - Yuri Kobets - 11-11-2002 Quote:I must now agree with Mr. Doug Smith that screen CREEP is happening. This is strange ??? I thought that has corrected this bug ![]() Please tell me how many monitors do you have (one or more)? Do you have TLB or other toolbar on the top or on the left of screen? - cmishima - 11-11-2002 Thank you. I have checked. The problem is because of having 2nd toolbar at top of screen. I have two monitors and I have second tool bar @ top of scren. If I close the top toolbar then mail monitor does NOT creep. For my work I must must two toolbars (I use 2nd True Launch Bar and DAVE'S SEARCH BAR at top) so I hope you can squash this bug soon. - cmishima - 11-11-2002 I get a lot of spam with beginning with FW Of course I delete it with mail monitor filters easily. However I also get some important GOOD mail with beginning with FW Is it possible to do this? Delete if subject contains FW BUT do not delete if FROM is *.domainname.com My Boolean logic is not so good so I hope somebody can understand this. Thank you. - Yuri Kobets - 11-11-2002 First of all you can add rule that mark messages as Approved. By default this rule is named Friends. In the Filtering conditions write all GOOD domains or email. Also be sure that the rule is on the top of rules list. By default I've added domain @tsoftcentral.com into this rule. So all messages from me will be Approved ![]() The other way is to use AND button when you create new filtering condition: subject Starts with FW [AND] From Does not contain @domain1.com [AND] From Does not contain @domain2.com [AND] ..... ..... From Does not contain @domainN.com [AND] [OK] |
