Hello Yuri,
v7.1.3.beta solves the transparency problems related to Windows 10.
But there is one big bug for the Standalone TLB.
It always opens itself at monitor 1 on restart, although it was always locked on monitor 2.
STLB's hidden items always reappear on restart.
I didn't find out more but I think there are some additional things to consider deeply about Standalone TLB on this beta version.

STLB's hidden items always reappear on restart.
If you are using the portable version, check the file "profile\standalone.xml" in the TLB installation folder.
If you are using the installed version check the "%appdata%\Tordex\True Launch Bar\standalone.xml".
The file standalone.xml contains the docked monitor name and must be writable.
For "hidden items" check the toolbar folder (right-click empty space of toolbar and select "Open"). The files must be writable (at least the tlbdata.xml).
