Hi Yuri,
since installation of version 7.2 the glass effect has stopped working on every skin I tried.
Please fix this.

Reproduced, thank you. I'll fix this bug in the next version.
As temporary solution you can turn on the option TLB Settings->Options->Skins->Aero Glass for Windows 8 is installed
This option forces the using the glass effect if it is enabled.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now the glass effect isn't working anymore.
If 'Aero Glass for Windows 8 is installed' is checked, it is not transparent, if it is not checked it is transparent but without the glass effect.
