Defauklt Icon folder - CWBillow - 10-21-2015
Installed YTrue Launch looks to "C:\Users\CWBillow\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\~~images~~\Icons" (for my setup) for the icons TLB uses.
If there are multiple users, is there a way to direct TLB to look to a "global" folder for the icons, such as
"C:\Users\Public\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\~~images~~\Icons"
That would certainly make maintaining multi-user preferences easier.

The folder "~~images~~\Icons" contains the "saved icons" only. When you select the single icon (*.ico, *.png etc.) you can select "Save icon with toolbar" and TLB will copy this icon inside "~~images~~\Icons".
You can use any folder as icons store for all users. And TLB can use icons from any path. Just don't turn on "Save icon with toolbar" when change the icons.
You can select the default behavior in TLB Settings->Options->General.
